On February 13, 1984, at approximately 8:30 A.M., Ronald Tipton and Roger Robinson were both discovered deceased at Tipton’s residence, 5158 Norman Blvd., College Park, Georgia. Both were found in the downstairs Television/Stereo room with gunshot wounds to the head.
