Burglary at the Downing Clark Hope Center
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation Region One office in Calhoun, GA is requesting the public’s assistance in reference to the below incident:
On Monday June 6, 2011, at around 10:00 PM, a large-scale commercial burglary occurred at the Downing Clark Hope Center, in Gordon County. The burglars took approximately 40-50 computer towers, 20-30 dell systems (still in the box) several fax /scanner/ printers, a DVD player, Nintendo systems, Microsoft X-Boxes and computer projectors. It is believed that the subject in the attached photographs was involved.
From the Center’s web site: “Downing Clark HOPE Center is a high-quality RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTER that exists to restore hope, courage, love, faith and healing in the lives of young girl’s ages 6-17 that have been sexually abused and exploited.”
This burglary is being investigated by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and the GBI.
